data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Die entlackte Karosserie (bzw. das Fahrzeugteil) wird nur bei Bedarf noch blechm\u00e4\u00dfig bearbeitet: ausgebeult, geschwei\u00dft, verzinnt.<br \/>Nun wird ein hochwertiger Epoxidf\u00fcller (h\u00f6chster Karosserieschutz) aufgetragen. Erst nach diesem Untergrundauftrag beginnt die eigentliche Vorarbeit, das Erschaffen der Oberfl\u00e4chen, Kanten und Ecken. Da diese T\u00e4tigkeit aus ca. 90% Handarbeit besteht, ist sie auch sehr Zeitintensiv. Nach einem Zwischenschliff wird nun ein 2K-Schwarzhochglanz-Acryllack aufgetragen. Durch seine hohe Reflexion wird jede noch so kleine ungleichm\u00e4\u00dfige Oberfl\u00e4chenst\u00f6rung erkannt. Um eine absolute Passung der Spaltma\u00dfe an den Kanten zu erzielen, werden die Anbauteile zwischendurch immer wieder montiert und \u00fcberpr\u00fcft.<br \/>Nach beendeter Vorarbeit wird das Werkst\u00fcck erneut mit einem Epoxidf\u00fcller beschichtet.<br \/>Nach dem F\u00fcllerhandschliff geht es nun in die Lackierkabine, um den gew\u00fcnschten Farbton aufzutragen. Nach gelungener Lackierung steht dem Finish (Planschleifen etwaiger Staubeinschl\u00fcsse) nichts mehr im Wege. Je nach Wunsch wird auch die gesamte Fl\u00e4che plangeschliffen und aufpoliert oder sogar erneut ein oder mehrmals Klarlack aufgetragen und zwischengeschliffen, um den sogenannten Klavierlackeffekt herzustellen, so wie Sie es sich w\u00fcnschen!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
